Perma-agronomy

Guiding life, without taming it

Perma-agronomy is not a technique: it is a philosophy. It means giving life a geometry and an intelligence — ordered layers, discreet sensors, measured diffusion — in order to support it, never to force it. We take nothing from the plant; we prepare a setting so right that all it has left to do is be fully itself.

This is the exact opposite of the technological shortcuts that claim to correct nature with synthetics, additives and spectacular promises. Our way is slower, humbler and more robust: observe, measure, adjust to the gram and to the drop, then let life do the rest. Here the machine is an attentive servant, never a master. The entire Eden system flows from this principle — a framework for life, not a cage.

The number « 199 ». We carry it as a philosophical horizon and a working hypothesis — the measure of an ambition, that of a reformed civilisation. It is neither a guaranteed life expectancy, nor a medical promise, nor the effect of any product.

At the heart of the planter

Eden.Grow in cutaway

Beneath a calm surface of young shoots, Eden.Grow stacks eight layers that work together. Each has a precise role — to feed, to listen, to drain, to recycle, to diffuse, to hold. From top to bottom, here is the anatomy of a domestic ecosystem.

  1. Active growing layer

The surface where you sow and harvest: young roots, light and air.

  2. Upper living substrate

Rich and aerated, teeming with micro-organisms: this is where the plant feeds most actively.

  3. Lower living substrate

Denser, a reserve of life and slow-release nutrients, for stability over time.

  4. SenseLayer

The ultra-thin sensory mat slipped between the layers: it listens to the substrate without disturbing it.

  5. Drainage layer

It carries off excess water and ensures the roots can breathe, never waterlogged.

  6. Recovery & filtration

Unused water and solutions are recovered, filtered and returned to circulation.

  7. Eden.Line

The smart channelling that diffuses the Green.Line solutions drop by drop, where they are needed, when they are needed.

  8. Structure

The chassis in natural materials that holds it all together: understated, repairable, built to last.

Solid nutrition

Eden.Sticks

Twelve biodegradable, slow-release sticks that you plant in the substrate and that release their care at the plant's own pace. They are organised into three complementary functions.

The intelligence of the substrate

SenseLayer

An ultra-thin sensory mat, slipped between the layers of the planter. Without disturbing the roots, it measures six things continuously and gives the system the eyes it needs to help the plant.

Close-up of the SenseLayer mat: a fine mesh dotted with golden sensors, slipped into the substrate between the roots.

Moisture

The water actually available, layer by layer.

Temperature

The warmth of the substrate, not just that of the air.

pH

The acidity that opens or closes access to nutrients.

Conductivity

The richness of dissolved nutrient salts.

Compaction

The density of the substrate and the air left for the roots.

Growth acceleration

The rhythm of the living plant, tracked as a trend.

Move on to growing

The system is ready. Are you?

You now know what happens beneath the surface: eight layers, twelve sticks, twelve solutions, six measurements taken continuously. The rest is handled by Eden.Grow — all that's left for you is to sow.
